The advantages of microsurgical muscle transplantation are:

- slower resorption of fat cells compared to lipofilling;
- quick and visible effect after the operation.
Negative factors are:
- due to a violation of the blood supply, there may be rejection of the transplanted tissue;
- Pain for the first 2-3 weeks.
The advantages of fallo prosthetics are:
- the ability to restore the organ's sexual function;
- the ability to have an active sex life.
Disadvantage:
- is a great violation of the patient's life;
- Inability to perform surgery if there are chronic diseases;
- a significant increase in the negative result in previously performed vascular surgery on the penis.
